Liver and kidney tests
LFT, RFT and related tests at our Sayan laboratory.

The liver and kidneys often give no warning signs until a problem is advanced, so doctors check them with blood tests, for example with diabetes, high blood pressure, long-term medicines or heavy alcohol use.
- LFT is a group of liver tests, including SGPT, SGOT and bilirubin.
- RFT is a group of kidney tests, including creatinine and uric acid.
- Amylase and lipase check the pancreas.
One raised value does not mean disease on its own. Your doctor reads the results together, with your history.

The laboratory at our Sayan clinic is open Monday to Saturday from 8:30 am to 7:30 pm, and on Sunday from 9 am to 1 pm. Call the lab to ask about a test, fasting or home sample collection. Reports are ready the same day.
